I'm currently playing this game on PC and am about halfway through it, when it has suddendly starting to run at lightning speed and become unplayable. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I believe there is a frame rate limiter in the game settings or options.
Another thing to try is to increase your graphics/video settings to their highest.
