I have a nokia n95 which I can access wifi on - I can use my own at home no problem but I've been out on holiday where cafes or pubs have free wifi and I cannot access - I get an error message saying a pre-shared key is required. What is this and how do I set up my phone correctly? Many thanks

If it's asking for a key, I would imagine that you have to get one from the appropriate establishment (possibly conditional on purchase from said establishment). Though check you are trying to access the correct network - I was stuck in the services near Exeter recently and they had 2 networks, the free one and their "own" one, which required a key to access.

Well my point is that establishments that are offering the free wifi do not need a key yet my phone is asking for one - I have double checked with the owners of various places offering the free wifi and they have assured me a key is not required. So it definately seems to be a problem with my set up on the phone. Any ideas please?
