cant remember when i last give my dog worming tablets?

i dont think it has been 3 months yet but is it ok if i give him a worming tablet earlier than 3 months?

Personally, I wouldnt worm him again if it could have been less than three months. I have only ever wormed mine once or twice a year, irrespective of the advice from vets.
Agree with jules, I do mine once a year unless there is evidence of worms, or if they get fleas then I do them after I have treated them for fleas. Certainly not less than every six months though. Worming preparations are chemicals and I am reluctant to put anything chemical into my dog unless necessary.
I very rarely worm my dog. Unless your dog scavenges and eats stuff off the ground, if he only eats what you give him, he shouldn't need worming. Worming too often will damage his insides. If he shows signs of worms, eg. eating a lot and getting thinner, passing worms etc, then worm him. Otherwise, don't.
