Hi guys,

I've just been dismissed from work and part of the outcome includes being banned from the shop itself. Is there a time limit on this?

Nope, they can ban you for as long as they want. What did you do?
Yes, what did you do? Do you work for a Supermarket?

I didnt steal or anything, just dishonest about procedures thats all. How would they 'police' the ban?
It's their store, they can refuse anyone entry should they so wish.

Police it? I imagine any staff member can refuse to serve you should you take something to the till to buy, and the store manager would probably more than likely ask you to leave.
Why would you want to go back? Don't you have a conscience?
totally^^^^^^ wouldnt you be mortified???

obviously you have no conscience if you were dishonest to your employers, If they charge you they could request a ban from the shop through the courts
