My boyfriend currently drives my car (which is registered to me) and is insured on it. I am only a learner, but not currently driving it and therefore not insured.

When I pass my test we plan to share the car. However I am concerned that being on the same policy will worry me incase I lose his no claims.

Is there any way I can be insured that would not affect the no claims if I were to have an accident.

Nearly all insurance companies offer 'protected no claims', so that in the event of an accident, you don't lose your NCB. Doesn't normally cost that much, say 30. Ask your insurance company.
Simple answer to remove the worry. Don't have an accident...
