You need something like this. Its canned air so you don't get any liquid in the keyboard.

I used a jetwash,but then i am a little nuts.

The last time I cleaned my Apple keyboard I used pieces of fabric made from an incredibly gentle and luxuriant material made from millions and millions of fluffy and bouncy fibres....you could say my Apple keyboard was cleaned up by Microsoft pads

Apparently, you can put keyboards through the dishwasher.
