I have that as my ring tone at the moment. It is from the album American 1v when the man comes around (I love that song) we played his version of Danny Boy (also on that album) at Danny's funeral.
There isn't a bad song on there, that album just makes me cry.

I love Johnny Cash's version of Hurt. Don't often like covers better than the original but his version makes me cry.

he was my son;s Best Mate and my grandson's godfather, he died 31st August 2007 aged 26, he was on his very first ride on his new motorbike, doing 26 mph in a 40 limit and hit a diesel spill and was killed instantly as he impacted with a lamp post. It was an awful time, my son helped lower the coffin into the grave and i will never get the look on his ashen face in that moment out of my head.
Danny used to sit in our house evry Friday Night after work and play that album of johnny cash's over and over, his favourite track was 'I hung my head'

Oh... Seen you mention Danny before, Dot, but I never knew the story. I grew up with Johnny Cash on the loudspeakers (and a lot of other stuff too), it's nice to think he continued to speak to new generations, and that you remembered, for your son's mate's funeral.
