Hello

Mechanic noted some advisory points after a recent service, he said one of the priority points was that on each wheel one wrong wheel stud was fitted.

I still cant grasp why that is so important? Are the wheels in danger of flying off?

Opinions/ advice required please

Thanks

what does he mean by a wrong wheel stud.?
on my car each wheel has one locking wheel bolt. these are similar to standard wheel bolts but require unlocking with a special adaptor, which is in the tool kit.
There is every chance he is advising you in case you have a flat & unaware there is a locking wheel nut in place & you may not have one, It's advisory.
The mechanic is right, some studs have heads that are champhered to a higher degree than others, some are not champhered at all, some studs are longer than others,
So unless you really understand what should actually be holding your wheels on, make sure all the studs, or nuts are the correct ones,
