Erratic banning

I have been able to use AB today after several days of being banned. This happens every few days - often, most frustratingly, at the weekend. I am never abusive, insulting, crude, rude or obnoxious, unlike some AB users, and merely answer quiz and crossword clues mainly. Please, please, tell me why this happens.

It was probably those posts in quick succession that got you banned (or re-banned)
when you are banned all your posts go too, then when (if) you get reinstated all your posts come back too, which is why they have all suddenly appeared...
as others have said, if this site looks like it is not posting a answer or question do not keep hitting submit. if you do it takes each hit as a post and you will be auto banned.
If it's taking ages to post then you normally have time to quickly copy what you've typed, then refresh the page, your post will probably be there, if not then paste what you just copied and then try posting again.
