at what temperature do you need to dry grapes to make raisons/currants , i have a homemade dehydrator and can adjust the temp. can anyone help,thanx

apart from living in greece

wash, separate, towel dry & place on paper in airing cupboard. Grapes need to dehydrate to be currants.
