parable of the lepers

I think there were ten of them, but only one came back to say "thank you" for the help they had received. Does anybody know the full story?

Luke 17:11-14 As Jesus went to Jerusalem, he healed ten lepers. Of those ten lepers, only one returned to express gratitude.

Luke 17:14, 19 Although all ten lepers were cleansed, only the man who returned was made whole. There is obviously a difference between being healed and being made whole. Bishop Merrill J. Bateman taught: �In becoming a whole person, the grateful leper was healed inside as well as on the outside. That day nine lepers were healed skin deep, but only one had the faith to be made whole�
