remembering passwords

all my settings seem to have got messed up ,when i go to a site that requires a log in , ebay for example i have to log in every time ,i have ticked the box that says remember me on this page , but next time i go there i have to log in again ,can anyone help??? i have windows xp and firefox

have you set fireffox to automatically clear cookie on exit?

click tools > options > click on the privacy tab and take the tick out of always clear my private data on exit

Try second method :
> Open FireFox
> Tools
> Option
> Go the security Tab
> > Now click the remember passwords for sites.
Hope it will work.
