I'm holding Indonesian passport. I'm Uk permanent resident and been living in Uk for the last 15 years.

If I want to visit Republic of Ireland for tourist purpose, do I need to have an Irish tourist visa before entering Ireland?

UK residence permits are not valid for entry into the Republic of Ireland.

Since Indonesia does not appear on Schedule 1, here, it appears that you require a visa to enter Ireland:
