Does a conviction for failing to give a breath test and subsequent ban, count as a criminal offence when trying to get a Visa for America. Driving over there is not required.

What, and fly all the way across the Atlantic, to be turned back at the door?? I don't think so Knobby.
I think what knobby means is that they have no way of knowing (for now at least!) unless you tell them. If you tell them then there's a good chance they'll refuse a visa. Unexpected punishment for being a plonker I'm afraid.
