No can do.
Can only tell you got a very small ear opening.
On ear headphones would do,in fact would prefer.
If you don't mind over the ear, then go for Sennheiser PX 100 - you won't regret it! What Hi-Fi award winners and now down in price (17.99 from Amazon with free delivery).

They are also collapsible for portability - I take them everywhere.

If you want in-ear, Google 'earthumps' or look on advancedmp3players website (or many others - they usually come with three sizes of inserts):-

try some very small lug buds

sennhauser take some beating - but pricey

most have 3 sizes of sticky iny things.

but comfortable !!!! you are the only one who can decide that

I've spent many years trying to find ideal lug listening devices

However, before buying will take a look at what you suggest,Wideboy.

There is a greater issue here.

The new iPod shuffle (I assume you mean the one without any buttons on the device itself), requires a specialist headphone adapter.

I'm unaware of any manufacturers offering 3rd party connector kits as yet, but belkin or Griffin or someone will do them shortly. Without this, any other headphones will be useless.

That`s the one.Super little thing...so small..makes a talking point...people wonder what it is clipped to my collar.

I shall buy what I mentioned in previous answer. They are a device which clip onto the present headphone with the sillicone in- ear attachment attached to it....Take a look.
Will keep an eye out for what you have said.
Thanx
