help with copying from DVD camcorder to blank DVD using PC

Can anyone help please? I have a DVD camcorder and i would like to make a copy of the video i have taken on a DVD-R onto a blank DVD-R using my PC. I have installed the software that came with the camcorder but i cannot do it. If anyone can help i would be very grateful thanks.

You can use the Nero Smart burning ROM software to make DVD.
