converting JPEG

I have a sony ericcson mobile phone and it included a program disc for the computer. when I transfer photos from the phone to computer it shows up on the file as jpeg and I have tried everything but no success in viewing the images. I have posed the same question to sony ericcson and they have told me it can't be done.

Are you saying that sony have told you your computer can't display JPEGS???

JPEG is a standard format, pretty much everything that has a screen can display them!

What happens if you double click on the files?

Try opening them in internet explorer or imaging under accesories.
