Hi there,

is it possible to add underground travel to a Heathrow Express ticket?

E.g. - Getting the Heathrow express ticket on the thursday, returnding the sunday. Can i get underground travel to cover this period also?

it would appear that London Travelcards are not valid on heathrow express trains, or on the local "connect" services between heathrow and hayes.

If you're not in too much of a hurry you could travel into London by Piccadilly Line - the airport is in zone 6, and a 3-day 6 zone off-peak (ie after 09h30 mon-fri & all day sat-sun) is �21.20. See http://www.tfl.gov.uk/tickets/faresandtickets/ oneand3daytickets/2911.aspx for more information.
Yes it is possible - at least if you buy from a national rail company online.

But it's only a single add on tube journey each way that you can buy, not a railcard for the whole time you are there.
