rounded off bolt

can any one give me advice on removing a rounded off bolt. please help.

I suppose this was a difficult choice to make as to which category you should have posted this, maybe home & garden would have been your best bet.

I'm pressuming you have tried a vise grip or a wrench and these havn't worked. So the only other option I can think of is, using a hammer and chisel and strike the bolt to make a groove, then just keep hitting the groove in the direction of the thread and it should turn.

depends how accessible it is,
Can you get an agle grinder or a file on it,? if so grind or file two flat sides and get an open ended spanner on it,
Can you get near it with an arc welder, if so, weld a nut on to it , then you can get a socket on to it,
don't give up,
Good luck.
if you need advice you aint gonna do it .
ask your husband to help.
