Template for CD listings.

Some years ago when I burnt compilation discs from Windowss Media Player I was able to make Cd sleeves with all track titles listed, and album name and artistes.I seem to think that this was a template within Works ( I could be wrong on that) I don't now have that computer and my current computer has Works 9 installed and I can't find any template to do the job.. I can'tseem to find a template in Roxio Nero or any other disc burning application. Has anyone any ideas?

Nero & other programs do have the facility of inserting disc contents & with an internet connection can even recognise & automatically title your tracks without you having to type them in manually into a template.
I-Tunes produces automatically titled covers too.
