Could anyone tell me how I can get rid of Moss from my Lawn and keep it Moss Free.

I agree, the best way is to rake it out - you can do this by hand or buy an electric lawn raker - you wil be shocked how much actually comes out.
The answer is to buy or hire a machine that makes small holes all over your lawn to aerate the soil, and then brush sand into the holes to give it drainage. Fow dennis 66`s advise first. If you only have a small lawn you can spike it with a garden fork, driving the fork in about 4" deep and wiggling it about to let the air into the soil, then brush fine sand into the grass to fill the holes. Hard work, but you will notice the difference within two weeks. Try if poss to keep off the grass for a month.
