I run windows XP. avg virus software, Windows defender indicates i have win32/vundo.jc.dll, avg shows nothing
May not be related but i cannot do a system restore, any help appreciated thankyou

Have you checked the AVG Virus Vault?

It's possible that AVG detected and quarantined the virus, and that it is the quarantined file that Windows Defender is detecting.

If you really have the infection, you can get a removal tool from here:

Thankyou rojash, its not in avg vault, full system scan shows nothing, its only windows defender highlighting it, the majorgeeks link site download tool did not work, thanks for your time
