electric two slice toaster

Bought a new toaster a cuppla months ago - it was very cheap from Asda but I am finding it slow on toasting up.
I dont expect better for the money but the last one from Asda was great.
2 slice variable thin/thickness is what I am looking for and also quickly toasting. Thanks for any replies
