Fridge problems - not getting down to temperature

My fridge is not working properly - it is only getting down to 9.5 degrees Celsius even after I have turned it to it's highest setting.

Any ideas?

Have you tried turning it down to its lowest setting? Just a thought........

yes, thanks - think now that it needs regassing - and unfortunately not worth it - so another fridge will be purchased today
