What will be the format for registrations in 2010 - AA010AAA & AA015AAA?

This year AA09AAA and AA59AAA, then AA00AAA, then
AA50AAA, then AA11AAA, then AA61AAA, then AA12AAA and so on in 60's and 10's. I'm a bit unsure of them using '00' as a year identifier, but can't see another way of doing it without mucking up the system. The 60's and 10's bit is right though.

Since posting this question, I did some digging on the Internet and apparently;
this year AA09AAA & AA59AAA
next year AA10AAA & AA60AAA
then AA11AAA & AA61AAA and so on
up to 2049 AA49AAA & AA99AAA

Like many people, I thought of the 5 as a half year suffix, rather than accepting the whole number as a separate sequence running in September each year.
That makes sense. They are going straight into 10 & 60 rather than using 00 & 50.
