I refuse to watch anything depressing or maudlin
Wasn't this subject covered in one of the medical soaps quite recently? I didn't actually see it but a neighbour told me about it and said it was very moving. Not my idea of entertainment though.

Its meant to be a drama, very powerful and thought provoking, each to there own lol!!
It is a drama based on a true story of a woman so ill she committed suicide.

I hope you enjoy it, but it's not my idea of entertainment.

She is a fabby actress
this one will be controversial. I'd expect the daily mail to include it in their list of things to be outraged about in the morning.

Sadly her husband died and then she was diagnosed with terminal cancer she vowed she wouldnt go the same way!!

The BBC hired a bungalow here in Molesey Surrey in our road during September last year for her home and used other houses in the area for the rest of the interiors,, They then went to Switzerland for the exteriors.

misto did u see any of the cast???

Puddicat.

The cast were `catered ` for from buses parked in Hampton Court Station car park and they were bussed back to both the big family home and the small bungalow. The `tea shop` was also local and I think that by using real houses instead of studio sets, it gave the film a much more realistic and almost documentary style
