Hiya

Strange place for this question, but have no idea where else to put it. :-)

I have most Disney DVD's and would like to sell them. If you remember a few years ago, Disney video's were expensive to buy, but now people don't even pay 50p for them on Ebay.

To sell the DVD's on ebay, they fetch quite a big price if they're classics etc..

It's just, i don't want to wait a few years before i sell them and then they won't sell for even 50p because blu rays will be out then. And i have the feeling that DVD's will be cheap to buy again.

Does that make sense. So, is now the best time to sell them to make a decent profit or do u think they'll always be worth something.

Thanks

That's why i'm wondering whether to sell them or not, and would it be worth my while etc.
But i am kind ;-) I sponser two boys in Equador :-) I felt I had to state this to justify why i'm not giving them away LOL

You sure about that?
They are only going to devalue - pointless hanging on to them
Disney always used to control sales of them very closely - pull them off the market after a few months and not rerelease them for years, to keep the price up. You could never get one for less than about 12. They seem to have changed their strategy now, though, and they're much cheaper:

So you're not going to make any more money out of them than for any other DVD now. Sell them now, but it's probably too late already to make a fortune out of them.
