what foods are rich in calcium apart from dairy foods ;;;

according to a poster i have in my kitchen:
almonds
green leafy veg (kale, spinach, watercress)
broccoli
swere
tofu (calcium set)
soya milk (fortified)
swede not swere :)
bones too. lots of calcium in fish bones, how the hell they think we'll eat THEM I don't know!
i mash tinned salmon, pilchard and sardine bones in with the flesh, they just disintegrate and you're not even aware of them. HATE fresh fish with all those spikey bones in though.
