Yeah im good ta sleepy, hope you are too? Even though it's taken me 20 minutes to do a 5 minute walk back from town in this sodding icey snow crap on the ground. I'm bloody terrified of falling again and breaking another limb. I'm sure folk thought I was drunk and doing the careful stepping routine as I inched my way home.
I always use my right hand. When I broke my wrist 2 years ago (in 2 places after a doorstep 'incident') I was plastered from wrist to shoulder - the wiping of the nether regions (along with the uncorking of a wine bottle & the spreading of butter on toast) was the hardest thing I had to try & do with my left hand..... Some things I coped with quite well though, but not the bum wiping.
well, it was a bad break in 2 separate bones., I also broke a bone in my foot in the same 'incident' - but that wasn't discovered until 2 weeks later. For months I was literally plastered all down the right side - the arm & the leg. Fortunately the plaster was reduced from wrist to elbow after a few weeks. I looked a right sight - the arm plaster was bright pink, the leg plaster was blue. I will never live that episode down.
