For something as personal as a funeral, i dont think many folks on here will be able to tell you what music to play at your grandmother's funeral, im afraid.
My friend sang this song at my Dad's funeral

We did not have any songs at either of our parents funerals as we decided that no singing was better than people singing with throats closed as they cried. We chose lovely music tho that had meant something to them. But it is a very very personal thing. You chose you know best.
I would just think of something she liked. At my mother in law's we played some Nat King Cole which she had loved. This was at the cremation service bit, not the requiem mass!!
What kind ofmusic did she like, classical or more comtemporary?

Did she like any particular artists or is there some music which would be a nice tribute to her?

I've been to many different ones, some all organ church music, a 14 year old who had Bon Jovi, a friend who had Bette Midler's Wind Beneath my Wings.

My nan's was mostly classical, her favourite hyms (though she had said there was one particular one she'd come back and haunt us if we played it so not that one).

They did say Annie's Song (by James Galway the famous flautist) which she had always loved and it linked in with me playing the flute when I was little.
There's always Psalm 23 (The Lord is My Shepherd) which appears to be played at most funerals I've been to, apart from that did your Grandma have any favourite songs or hymns? Best of luck in any case.
have you had a meeting with your funeral director / priest. They usually have a list of music that is often used. At my Mum's funeral, for example, we went for Morning Has Broken, The Lord's My Shepherd and All Things Bright and Beautiful and didn't go for anything contemporary. Quite often people will have the hymns during the service and then have something more contemporary or less traditional as people are leaving the church. My old neighbour had Nat King cole's Let There Be Love at the end which was so perfect as it was the sort of thing he was always listening to when i popped in on a Sunday morning to borrow something or ask some advice.
Somewhere over the rainbow, dreams come true. from the Wizard of Oz.
I would choose something you dont know or you dont like because when my dad died 3 and a half years ago i still cant listen to that song without it reminding me. Same when my mum died 14 months ago.

A firm favourite with the older generation is 'The Old Rugged Cross'.
My Mum had Alzheimers and we thought Windmills of Your Mind was quite appropriate while her coffin was being lowered in the crematorium. We left to Paddy McGinty's Goat by Val Doonican. It lifted the moment and Mum would have loved it! It really is a personal thing though.
