Where can I find the Hotmail file that contains the email address of all those marked as Junk?

I do not need the Junk folder that contains recently Junked mail.

if you mean the safe and blocked senders list then click options in the top right hand side of the screen, select more options then, and the under junk mail click on "Safe and blocked senders"
