tune on simpsons episote, 'A star is born again'

This may sound strange...
on the simpsons episode 'A star is born again', there is a tune repeated rather frenquently, including when Ned is walking from the jellyfish dance to the Lefttorium, and when Ned is cutting his hedge at the end of the show. It is hard to describe, but it is very calm and ambient and i have heard it before. Can Anybody help me?
