county court judgement

i have been paying a county court judgment for 12 months the creditor has now contacted me asking for my income and expenditure to update their records, they claim i have to send it back within 7 days can they do this? do i have to complete it? do they have to go back to court ?

No, just simply complete the form as far as you possibly can do and return it as the creditor has requested.

If your income has not changed significantly since the date of the court order there is nothing the creditor can do to alter the facts and will be bound to abide by the order of the court.
If you don't do it they can go to Court & ask for the instalments to be increased, & the Court can order you to do it . So you might as well comply.
