I have had to delete the Google dropdown option on my Firefox toolbar (which is a small one not the one which uses up a whole line) as it's the american one and was no use as i need the UK one, i have tried to use the 'manage search engines' does anyone know how to just add the UK Google on the dropdown?

Thanks

At the far right end there should be a button labelled Settings
Click the button
Select Options
Click the button Search Box Options
At the bottom of the Options window is a section "Use google site"
Click the dropdown and select "United Kingdom (.co.uk)"

My problem is the Settings is not there on mine, all i have is manage search engines i'm on XP if this makes a difference, i will have to look further into this ( everysingle time i update things or down load something it screws it all up) i have yahoo messenger on my startup which will not go. Can't i program it to stop making changes to other things. I don't download much just takes ages to sort it out again. Thanks for your help rojash, i will try to find out why mine is different.
