did you know even if you cant remember that you had a dream you still do apparintly you have about five diffrent dreams pair night but u cant remember them you could remember 1 or 2 but you still always have more as you are going in a deaper sleep, the only one you can really remember is when you are in a deep sleep, xxxx

Everyone dreams because the brain remains awake, although perhaps not alert.

Are you sure it's deep sleep? I thought you remembered the ones you had near to waking jup as the brains coming back to life so to speak.... I didn't know about the deep sleep one.

i am almost certain it is a deep sleep but i could be wrong or it could be both xxx

Well I know that I can control the dream/s I have as i'm nodding off, and they seem to carry on pretty much until I wake up. I can also remember them, but perhaps there are others in between that I have no recollection of.

your right there u can remember them before you go in a deep sleep and before you wake up it is when u are in a deeper sleep you cant remember them but wen u are dreaming it doesnt just go on to a totally diffrent dream it slowly does it thats the best way i can explane that bit lol xxx
