my long hair tends to be a bit flat at the top, can anyone recommend a good root lift spray?

I use D Fine Body at the Roots by PPS, which I get from my hairdresser.  It's pretty good and a bottle lasts for ages.  Have a look on their website to find a stockist near you.

I just use Boots styling mousse and start by drying my hair upside down, great for giving lift.
