yeah she is supposed to be their agent, who signs them up for various photo shoots interviews etc. to be honest its just another excuse for a particularly unnattractive lesbian character who is loud and mouthy

She used to be Jason Turner's agent, she's actually the owner of the club now.

I believe she bought it in the last series. I may be wrong but I think she took over from Frank.
