Baked or not, this one has a dry centre.

I think the answer is "Savarin". Does anyone agree or have another suggestion?

What's your argument for Savarin - how are you getting it? It is more of a cake than a pudding.

I wondered if BAKED ALASKA is the answer you are looking for. A Baked Alaska dessert should preferably be dry in the middle, although that is not easy, and Wikipedia says that "precipitation is sparse" in the Interior of the State of Alaska.

I have "Baked Alaska" as the answer to "This American state has been cooked".

I can see where you're coming from but can't think of another answer to which other American state has been cooked
No, you must be right with that one!

I'll think about the "dry centre" a bit more.
