people wont think that, most people will be concerned for you, they will wonder why they didnt notice that you were upset, they will want to help.................
While you continue to have difficulty with your confidence and decision making, as well as facing up to things, I would say yes you do need to continue with the counselling.

You need to resolve issues for you to move on. Be brave, dont chicken out now, see it through

I wish I had been more honest from the beginning about feeling unconfident and finding collleagues overbearing and not getting a word in edgeways and about feeling sad about abortion still but I've just hidden it all.

Bosses daughter had a miscarriage (I knew this) but boss was saying she keeps breaking down in tears, feel bad and like maybe I should try and speak to colleague about it but I said to my counsellor that I didn't know how ppl would react to comparing abortion to miscarriage so thats why I haven't spoken to colleague and counsellor said they are similar in a way - its both a loss
sorry but why do you have to tell your 2 collegues?? You have told your boss surely that is all you need to do, they have no right in knowing why you need time off and you could tell your boss that it is private. My mate lost a baby and when she started her new job just for change of scenery etc she told her boss the difficult things she went through and that she needed time off for some further hospital checks, anyway she was off the other week having to take her boyfriend to hospital and her boss told the other girls about her loss with the baby. My friend flipped and had a meeting with the boss where she made her apologise
well what you tell a boss is supose to be confidential, just tell her where your going and tell her you expect it to go no further,

Because we are such a small place they will wonder where I am its best just to tell them

I couldn't have done it without all your encouragement! xxx
That's good to hear, karmgirl! Good luck to you, hun xxx
O qwell done karmgirl -sorry I was late -work and all that.

I am having counselling -well meant to be ATM -think ive been lost somewhere but will continue and I can sincerely say from the first meet -to guage me -3 months intensive at least-I felt infiniately a lot better.

Beats spilling my guts out on here and being called a Dram Queen that is for sure.

I too lost a baby and regardless of the circumstances it is a serious load to bear.I really hope you come to terms with it and move on -the past is past -we all have to live with the past to have a future xx
