I recently posted a question asking what i could do with my work not paying me the correct ssp rate, im 32 weeks pregnant and have been very ill through out my pregnancy in hospital 3times for 5 days or more each time, they still are not giving me the money im owed but 4weeks ago i was told im not intited to maternity pay becus iv been on sick iv not earnt enough so i need to apply for maternity allowence from the goverment so i need my matb1 form back from my work to apply for it i asked 3weeks ago for it and they wont give it to me! iv just had a very nasty phone call which my mum took for me from the owner iv never even met saying he does not believe im ill, sick notes prove nothing they give them out to anyone these days im gettin nothing from them he only deals with staff that can be bothered to work hard if i want to take legal advise then go ahead he doesnt care! if it wasnt for the law he wouldnt have even paid me sick pay at all. But i am really ill i have synthasis pubis dysfunction i found it hard to walk and now i can not walk at all i have crutches i cant dress myself i cant use the toilet on my own and i cant even turn over in bed on my own i feel stupid as he thinks im lieing about it iv called me solisitor but does anyone think i have a case and i will get what i need and get my money off them? also while i was in an out of hospital i was trying hard to work but my risk assesment was ignored and one girl actully said to me when i was sick in the staff room she doesnt feel sorry for me its not her fault im pregnant i should have been more carefull! this really upset me how does she no weither my baby was planned or not and i didnt ask anyone to feel sorry for me!

What an awful position to be in, I am so very sorry to hear of your distress.
I do not know the answer to your problem but would suggest that you go to the C.A.B., I am sure they will help you.Perhaps a friend could take you there for support.

Sincerely all the very best for your future.
Contact C A B and also ring Job centre plus help line for claiming benefits 08000556688 8am to 6pm and Benefit for people with disabilties help line 0800882200, if they can't help you they wil give you other numbers to ring, both numbers are freephone.

Your employer and his employee are bullies, will your midwife give you a duplicate form?

The last thing you need at the moment is any upset, get all the advice you can, write notes if you can whilst on the phone. Good luck.
