What is the average cost (rough estimate) of travelling to work in London per month? I know they say oyster card is best to use.

well its �34 for a weekly travelcard zones 1-4! the money grabbing bar stewards!

Costs me �249.60 a month from Billericay (Essex) to London Liverpool Street only ie not an all zones travel card!

A monthly 1-6 travelcard is just over �170

PAYG Oyster is between 90p and �3.50 a journey dependent on the zones but is valid on very few National rail services
