I'm stuck on these last two, and would appreciate some help/explanation.

7d Nurse and patient in line (6) ENC?S?

32d Triple nuisance hearing French tenor (5) ?RIAL

I'm thinking ENCASE and TRIAL , but just can't beeak down the clue fully !

Aahh ! Enrolled Nurse = EN and patient = case - that's one down.
EN = enrolled nurse
CASE = a patient

trial has 3 definitions
1) a tenor with special aptitude for comedy parts
2) a court hearing
3) a nuisance
