Suspicious behaviour

Hello all, I was wondering what other people thought of the following things and if I should take the matter further. One of the houses near to mine has been showing some unusual behaviour of late. There is now a LED looking camera attached to the top window on the outside. When a member of the house pulls up in their car they peep the horn and then get out the car. They have vehicles they can not afford as they are on the benefit scam. They hide items when a Police helicopter comes round. They have relatives close by who also have a camera on the outside.
These people dont work, are probably claiming some sort of invalidity but can soon shift when the Police are nearby. Just wondered if anyone else thought of it as strange behaviour.

How do you know they can't afford the vehicles?

What items are they hiding? Couldn't the police helicopter see them hiding things?
Are you sure there is a problem? How do you know it's a benefit scam. What is suspcious about beeping a horn? I don't understand what you mean about hiding things from police helicopters- what are they hiding and where are they hiding it?
Is it a cannabis farm?

Well I would like to say thank you to all who have replied but as most of you seem to want to put me down then I won't. I am not spending my day curtain twitchin but seeing as though I live not 30 feet from the house in question its hard not to see these things. I am not being neurotic but when 2 family members are taking a bike from the back of a lorry and the Police helicopter is about the so called disabled father runs out of the house and ushers the bike movers to keep it in the alley way and he keeps looking out at the helicopter its abit hard not to be suspicious. Not to mention its not just me who have noticed this behaviour.
On other occasions 2 people come to the house and one of them tells the other one to stay in a spot while the other goes to the door.
As for the horn beeping, the family member drives up the road, pulls up outside and with the engine running beeps once or twice ( maybe a code ) and then turns off the engine and gets out the car or even occasionally drives off. I have 2 kids myself and we have already had a drug dealer live on the street who had been arrested by the police for a string of offenses and so I do fear for the safety of my family if these new people are of the same ilk.
Thanks for the aditional info.
So do you think they are hiding drugs in motorbikes?
I'm not sure how you know one of the mysterious neighbours is supposedly disabled and claiming invalidity benefits. I'm not sure how you know all this- do you know them well after all?
There may indeed be something suspicious- I thought my new neighbours were acting a little odd but didn't report it, and it turned out to be a cannabis farm in the house. So maybe you should report it, although I'm not sure the police would regard the things you've mentioned as suficiently suspicious.
