Does anyone know this company in Africa? I have made enquiries regarding a relative on sites on Births/ deaths etc. Within days they contacted me claiming they know the relative. Could this be a scam and what should I look out for.

Why a company in Africa (well out of reach of UK legislation) know anything about this that couldn't be found from the UK.
