In praise of BT...for a change!

I have just installed our new black BT home hub(we had the old white one before) and I have to say it was really easy to do and our internet speed is now much faster than before :-)

what speed are you downloading at and what is your upload speed because i am thinking of changing.

It was free sasperilla,they phoned and asked us did we want the new one when our contract was about to expire.It looks much nicer than the old white one and takes up less room too.I just did an internet speed test,we now have download speeds of 3.2mbps when it used to be around 2.0mbps or less.

Upload speed was 355 tombrandy.

daffy654, I have just checked my speed and it is 4.3mb & upload is 378kps, I am with Tiscali but not very happy with it,

I live in a very rural area so that is the maximum speed we can get here.It sounds like you are already getting a reasonable speed tombrandy.

I renewed my contract with them recently and they didn't offer me the black one -wish they had as it looks better
