Watching this on TV now. Thought I might pick up a tip or two (lol). Seriously it's about promiscuity and sexually transmitted infections and the panel has just polled a studio audience on the number of partners they've had. The presenter has already told us her quota and several males have given theirs.

So....how many is too many, in your opinion? Can there be too many, or is it more to do with taking responsibility for your personal health by being protected?

What about the bias between attitudes towards promiscuity in males and females? Serious consideration and response would be appreciated.

I'm on number 9. Though I have always said I would stop at 10 because I don't want to have to count the number of my sexual parters using the digits of more than two hands.

I am mid-40's though - so that does NOT make me a *****. Today <10 at the age of 30 is practically virginal.

So, come in number 10 wherever you are - hopefully you won't be my first, but you'll be my last & I'd love you to be my everything (apologies to big bad barry white...)
I don't think it matters how many as long as you use protection and get yourself checked regulary.

My number is 17 and I'm almost 31... still single. Just can't seem to find the right man for me!! damn it! :-)
I just counted 11. I am almost 40. Been active since 18, So that's 1 for every 2 years. Though a lot were close together when I was younger. (AH, the good old days) The last new person I slept with was in 1998. (Very long story there.)

I think people still judge women harshly for having too many partners. I see this attitude among my students. My friend is married to her one and only partner, another friend is married to her second. I guess that makes me the group *****!!! LOL They would be shocked at my # at 11.
