Has anyone tried `Algesal Cream` to relieve leg and foot cramps? I would thoroughly recommend it as I get or should say `got` cramps most nights until now. It`s lovely to sleep all night instead of waking up in agony. Just rub it in before bedtime for a good nights kip.

Ooh will have to look out for that, been using voltarol lately.

I get mine from my GP on prescription. If you suffer `cramps` tell him/her and give it a try.
