Hi all!.Just need to know your opinion on this little subject.
My partner thinks that women should;be away from men on their special time.Which would mean that the woman is on her period.
Do you think this should happen.
He also believes that they shold stay away from the man too.Because it' her;"SPECIAL TIME".

You cannot be serious can you????
How old are you?
Have you only just started your periods?
Is he a religious man ?
the way i'm feeling right now i recommend everyone stays awy from me! special time......fooking special allright
what dont he like a mad woman with pmt ?
Eh? Is this to protect the man or the woman? I have a Hindu friend who is not allowed to sit in her living room during her period because there are pictures of Gods in there. I've not heard of anyone else doing that though.

What would happen at work? Would the woman have to move her computer into the broom cupboard in order to keep away from the men?!

If men want us to stay away from them once a month they should pay for us to stay at Claridges!
yes i think we ladys should be away from men when we are having our period ....in a nice posh hotel .would do me .lol
whaen yiou say stay away - do you mean being in another room, anopther house, another country, or are you talking sexually staying away?

Either way, no!
Quite a few religions believe that women are unclean during their period and don't allow contact between man and woman. Jewish people for instance avoid all physical contact and married couples shouldn't even sleep in the same bed together at that time of the month.

Is your partner particularly religious?
Seems like a good idea for me. A nice week away once a month without having to put up with any men!
I'll go with the nice hotel option, get them to throw in some pampering as well :)

I was thinking it's maybe a religious thing though I guess you don't know what things have influenced someone in their upbringing and past relationships or even their own feelings an neuroses.

I knew someone who hates the sight of blood which meant he wouldn't go anywhere near a woman who was menstruating.

Some interesting thoughts here...

I know this practice is more common amongst certain religious groups, like Orthodox Jews and Moslems. It does seem a bit outdated and impractical though.

Pardon my french but what ********. Nuff said.
those asterisks read bolleaux
Hernia, I don't think we need concern ourselves with what she would do at work. If this Neanderthal of hers thinks that she should be removed because she is on her period then I doubt she is allowed out to work.
arent you proof reading as we post!!!
