i'm going to an art gallery soon, as a trip, with about 17 other folk. we could be either walking, or taking a mini-bus. a guy i like will be driving the minibus if we get it, and my friend and i plan to sit at the front.
also, if we're walking, we plan to walk with the guy i like.

anybody have any VERY subtle flirting techniques for either of these two situations -sitting beside him while driving, or walking beside him?

thanks.

Men normally miss subtlety, can't you just be you throughout the day then ask him out for a drink/meal/whatever at the end of the day?

just really want to know how i can maybe just let him know i like him without actually saying it...
Hi mcraig :o)

I think just by hanging around him when you are on your visit and the fact your sitting with him whilst he drives may make him realise that you like him.
Laugh at his jokes, take an interest in what he is saying even if it is something you don't like or have no interest in and know nothing about, he may ask you along to one of his interests or hobbies which could be the start of getting to know each other on a one to one basis.
If for example he says he likes going to the cinema, you could say that you don't get to go that often which is a shame as there have been some really good movies on lately that you would have liked someone to go with to see and just see where the conversation takes you.

Also hold eye contact with him just that little bit longer (except if it's when he is driving!) and give him lots of little smiles (as well as big smiles)

Good luck and enjoy your visit and I want an update when you get back!!!! :o)

thanks very much wingnut, exactly the type of thing that i was looking for =]

ta for the luck, and I will try and remember the update...though I doubt much will happen!!! haha!!
Talk about something you want to see at the movies or similar which gives him an outlet to say he wants to see if too etc... if he's interested.

Maybe plan it as a group thing which seems less intimidating eg ask your friend and suggest other people you can invite which may make it easier for him to say he'd like to come.

Or get into a general converation about things you all ike doing and pick up on something you like doing or something you would want to try in a similar fashion.
Try to find out what food he likes. You can offer to share your packed lunch, or perhaps a packet of his favourite sweeties or crisps.
