Can anyone help - my suitcase was cracked at some point between my checking in at Majorca and collecting it at Glasgow. Who should I complain to? It was a reasonably expensive case, and I don't want to just write it off!

Contact the airline concerned. You should ideally have reported it at the time to them. Whatever you do keep your ticket and the baggage receipt. The airlines are insured and with the right documentation you have a good chance of getting recompensed.
Agree with the above but have found that if you get nowhere with the airline you can claim from your insurance company
I had my case trashed just over a week ago when I was coming back from Sapin and flew into Birmingham. I contacted a desk called world luggage and complained straight away. I am actually just about to call them this morning. Their email address is [email protected]. They said that they will replace my case and that they use Samsonite Service Centre to do this.

I hope that this helps
